-As the lyrics in this music are mostly repeated and being a concept music video the link between the lyrics and visuals do not have a strong link as in some other music videos although, there are still some links throughout for example.
-"lost my mind and lost my goal"- wide panning shot showing kid looking out of his window, searching for what he has lost and also shows setting
-"let start this show for one last time"- mid shot of kid looking at dancing beginning
-"not giving in"- mid shot of kid shaking his head and learning dance

What is the relationship between music and visuals?
-The visuals and music often link with each other throughout this video showing the feelings of the people seen in shot, for example. when the two kids are running down the street after stealing the beat becomes faster and, when they get reunited at the end of the music video an upbeat trumpet is heard showing the two boys walking down the road in a wide shot with there arms around each other.
Are there close ups of the artist and image motifs?
-There aren't any close ups of the artist in this sequence as it concept and narrative based. Although, there is close ups used on the other people seen through out for example. the angry man chasing the two boys with a machete and, when the boy is dealing drugs there is a close up of the drugs this could so it is emphasised to shock the audience and help show how opposite the two kids have gone.
Is the music video performance, narrative or concept?
-Concept- as it does not really relate to the song although some shots do relate
-Narrative-shows the story of two boys who get separated into two different groups one is positive and one is negative
Conclusion
Overall,I think this music video is good as it uses both narrative and concept to create a storyline that partly relates to the song lyrics but, also creates a storyline throughout whilst using aspects of the shots to differentiate between the two story's shown.
